Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and monitor patient health.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare conditions and post-care procedures.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
