Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible)
- Nursing degree (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- New graduates welcome – no clinical experience required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- BLS certification (provided if not current)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
