Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions using electronic health records
- Provide health education to patients and families regarding conditions and treatments
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (new graduates encouraged)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
