Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinical settings and remote telehealth consultations
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (compact license preferred)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute care or telehealth
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
