Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in diverse clinical settings.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care provided.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or Virginia.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (travel or per diem experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
