Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive careDocument patient information in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients and families on health managementMaintain infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 1+ years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
