Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care thoroughly using electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Colorado
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
