Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Document clinical outcomes accurately using EMR systems
- Maintain patient safety protocols and infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- 2+ years acute care experience (medical-surgical focus)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
