Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with focus on assessment, intervention, and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as priority
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN with 2+ years acute care experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in medical-surgical or specialty unit
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
