Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care comprehensively in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Tennessee
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
