Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge instructions
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety audits
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
