Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as the top priority
- Monitor patient vitals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (compact license holders welcome)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); TNCC/PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical environments
