Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and organizational protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely while maintaining accurate electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and HIPAA compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical excellence programs
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in hospital or clinical setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or TNCC beneficial
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
