Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across multiple specialties including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with experience considered
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
