Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document clinical observations and patient progress in electronic health records
- Mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using advanced life support protocols
- Advocate for patient rights and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with unrestricted practice privileges
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
