Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as top priority
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using our advanced EHR system
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact license with Georgia residency)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience strongly preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
