Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse medical units with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per established protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado
- ACLS/BLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER, Med-Surg, ICU preferred)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with relevant experience considered
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
