Your Mission:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the first line of defense in patient care. You will advocate for your patients, ensure their comfort, and work closely with physicians to deliver the best possible health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapies, escalating concerns immediately.
- Document patient history, care provided, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies with calm, decisive action.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
