Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and treatment progress
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain precise medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or multi-state compact license)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
