Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans
- Educate patients/families on health management strategies
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment/intervention
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to rotate shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
