Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Document patient data accurately in EHR systems
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Active MN RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
