Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute and critical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergent situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Spanish proficiency highly valued
