Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
