Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, escalating concerns to physicians immediately.
- Document patient interactions and care provided in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Washington State.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
