Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient transitions and continuity of care
- Utilize electronic health records to document clinical outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license (or compact license with Ohio residency)
- BSN degree from accredited program (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred for critical care roles
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or specialty area
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth technologies
- Demonstrated adaptability to flexible scheduling and changing patient needs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to coordinate complex care scenarios
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through CEUs and specialty certifications
