Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Document care accurately and maintain patient records
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction
- Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
