Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible schedules
