Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients on post-discharge care and wellness
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment
Qualifications
- Current, active RN License in the State of Texas
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting
