Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and monitoring to a diverse patient population.
- Perform accurate patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and outcomes in the EMR system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
