Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care nursing for post-operative and trauma patients
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor vital signs using cutting-edge telemetry systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Document patient records with 100% accuracy
- Mentor junior nursing staff

Qualifications
- Current CA RN license (required)
- BSN degree (preferred)
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Exceptional communication abilities
