Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in a 24-bed ICU unit utilizing advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to dosage protocols
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR with real-time data accuracy
- Mentor new nurses through our structured onboarding program
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
