Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment and critical care interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care planning
- Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year ICU experience (new graduates welcome)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
