Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment and care planning for critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor and interpret vital signs using advanced monitoring equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on post-hospital care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of New York
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
