Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data, administering life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (EPIC) for precise documentation
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment recovery protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact state license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year critical care experience in acute care setting
- Strong assessment skills for hemodynamic monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
