Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU setting with critical assessment skills
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry/vital signs data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 3+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Electronic medical record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
