Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Administer medications and perform complex medical procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide education to patients and families

Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- 2+ years ICU experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
