Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients with assessment, intervention, and monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Document patient records accurately and maintain electronic health systems
- Provide family education and emotional support during critical care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
- BSN degree with 2+ years ICU experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
