Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Provide family education and emotional support during critical care situations
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency resuscitation efforts
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Oklahoma RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience with telemetry monitoring skills
- Strong assessment skills for complex cardiac and post-surgical patients
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and critical care documentation systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills for high-stress team environments
