Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
- Mentor new nursing staff and contribute to continuous learning programs
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact state license)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
