Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based protocols
- Monitor and interpret patient vitals, ECGs, and diagnostic results
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists on treatment plans
- Document patient care using our advanced EHR system
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years ICU or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
