Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU setting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using cutting-edge technology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Provide education to patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license required
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
