Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessment and monitoring in critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient/family education on care plans and discharge
- Participate in emergency response and trauma care protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state license)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience preferred
- BSN degree strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
