Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU/ER settings with critical assessment and intervention skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise dosage calculations and documentation
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic results to make rapid clinical decisions
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with strict HIPAA compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license with willingness to endorse)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialty roles
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in ICU or ER setting
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system and critical care monitoring equipment
- Strong critical thinking skills during high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
