Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and diagnostic data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Maryland RN license required
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Electronic medical record proficiency
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
