Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in high-acuity ICU environment
- Administer medications and perform complex nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care planning
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and vital signs
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (compact license accepted)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years ICU experience)
- Minimum 1 year ICU/trauma nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
