Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status closely.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred (New Graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
