Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Implement and monitor patient care plans with interdisciplinary collaboration
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care protocols
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
