Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical incidents
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
