Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and progress, promptly reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide clear education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
