Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining strict documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient recovery.
- Assess patient conditions, identifying potential complications early to ensure safety.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance strategies.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and coordinate care during critical incidents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (New Grads with relevant externships encouraged).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients and stand for extended periods.
